Ingredients:
appropriate amount of walnut kernel
8g white sesame
20g honey
30g sugar
25g water
Steps:
Putting the walnut kernel in the pot and stir-fry for about 5 minutes on low heat, and then set aside.
Then pour sugar, honey, and water into the pot and stir fry until golden brown. (Do not stir at first, it will easily turn into sugar, stir fry after bubbling to prevent burning.)
When stir frying until it feels thick, put the walnut kernel into the pot and stir to allow the sugar to fully stick to the walnut kernel.
Sprinkling a layer of white sesame and stir frying slightly.
The prepared amber sugar coated walnut meat has a crystal clear color and a crisp and sweet taste. Each piece of walnut kernel is covered with a thin layer of sugar skin, and it tastes not greasy at all.
