Ingredients:

350g red date

250g glutinous rice flour

10g granulated sugar

180g milk

Steps:

First, we need to prepare the clean red dates, and cut the date along the sides with kitchen scissors to remove the date cores.

Adding glutinous rice flour and granulated sugar to the bowl, then stir while adding milk until it is evenly mixed and knead into a non-sticky dough. (If the flour is too dry, you can add some water in small amounts several times.)

Kneading the glutinous rice cake into a ball about 80 grams, pressing it into a small round cake and placing it on the steaming tray. Boiling water in the pot, and steaming for about 20 minutes.

Tips:

Red date has a sweet taste, so the granulated sugar can be increased or decreased according to personal preference.
