Material Preparation:
Ice base: peanut butter 30g,chopped peanuts 25g,milk 200g,water 100g,condensed milk 55g
Peanut cream:peanut butter 5g,whipped cream 50g,sugar 5g
Chocolate 10g
Steps:
1.Put the ice base ingredients into a sealed bag, mix well, then put it in the refrigerator to freeze. When ready to use, take it out 5 minutes in advance and crush it with a rolling pin.
2.Mix and whip the peanut cream ingredients, then add chopped peanuts.
3.Heat the chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds, then drizzle it over the peanut ice.The chocolate peanut ice is ready!
